This antibody is purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography which removes essentially all goat serum proteins, except the specific antibody for rabbit IgG. The antibody preparation is solid phase adsorbed with human serum proteins to ensure minimal cross reactivity in tissue or cell preparations.

Usage Method:

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user. Working solution can not be preserved for long after being diluted with 0.01M PBS buffer solution (pH7.0-7.6) or 1% sodium acetate unless adding antiseptic as 0.05% NaN3 and BSA to 1%.

Storage:

At -20°C for 2 years. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
