Specificity The mouse monoclonal antibody Ki-24 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD70, a type II transmembrane glycoprotein of approximately 50 kDa expressed on activated lymphocytes and certain B-cell leukaemias.

Request Details Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for the analysis of human blood cells using 10 μl of reagent / 100 μl of whole blood or 106 cells in suspension. The content of one vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
